For contractors & remodelers

More estimates. Booked.

When someone needs a kitchen, a deck, or a repair, they search on their phone, look at photos and reviews, and call the first contractor who looks real. We make sure that’s you: a website that shows your work, a Google listing that puts you on the map, and automatic texts so a missed call on a job site doesn’t become a lost job.

How customers find a contractor

Search. Compare. Call.

Most jobs start on a phone. Be there at each step and you get the call.

1 · They search

Get on the map.

“Kitchen remodel near me.” “Deck builder Madison.” A complete Google listing with your services, service area, and photos is how you show up.

  • Google Business Profile
  • Service area & services
  • Apple Maps, Bing & Yelp

2 · They compare

Look like the real deal.

Photos of real jobs, reviews from real customers, and a website that makes it clear what you do and where you work.

  • Website with project gallery
  • Review requests after every job
  • Before & after posts

3 · They call

Answer, even on a ladder.

If nobody picks up, they call the next contractor. An automatic text and an estimate form mean they hear back in a minute, not tonight.

  • Missed-call text-back
  • Online estimate requests
  • Calls tracked by source

On the truck and the lawn.

  • Logo & truck lettering
  • Yard signs & door hangers
  • Business cards & estimate sheets

Proof

Same setup, a different trade.

We built JH Tattoos a website and booking path that turned Instagram DMs and a festival booth into booked clients. A contractor’s setup works the same way.

How it works

How it comes together.

Four of the five C·A·S·T·L steps, from first look to your first estimate request.

  1. Clarify

A free checkup of how you show up today, and a short call about the jobs you want more of.

  2. Architect

A written plan and quote: what we’ll set up, in what order. You say yes.

  3. Show up

We build and set up everything in your name. You approve previews.

  4. Track

Calls, estimate requests, and reviews are counted, so you see what’s working.

Questions from contractors

I’m just starting out. Is this for me?

Yes. New businesses are where this matters most. We start with the basics, a website, Google, and your accounts, and add more as the work comes in.

I don’t know anything about websites or Google.

You don’t need to. We set it up, explain it in plain words, and you approve everything before it goes live.

I already have a Facebook page. Isn’t that enough?

It helps, but most people looking for a contractor start on Google. Without a Google listing and a website, you’re missing the people who search before they ask a friend.

Do I own the website and the accounts?

Yes. Your domain, website, Google listing, and social accounts are all in your name.

How do you price a project?

Every project starts with a short call and a written quote: what we’ll build, in what order, and what it costs. No long contracts. Needs input: Angel to confirm wording
